Title of the thesis Game as a means of developing mediation Abstract in English This diploma thesis focuses on the theme of game as a means of developing mediation. In the theoretical part it discusses the notion of mediation, its concept in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages and its Companion Volume, the means and forms of mediation, the importance of mediation in foreign languages teaching. Major emphasis is placed on theme of mediation activities (mediation communication, mediating a text, mediating concepts). Moreover, the theoretical part concerns the issus of games, their definition from a didactic point of view and points to the mutual aspects of games and mediation. In the practical part, it focuses on analysis of specific games developing mediation. The games are classified according to what mediation activity they develop. For each game it is described minutely how it develops the given mediation activity. These games could be used as teaching materials for teachers or be an inspiration for their own formation. The diploma thesis opens new possibilities for diversifying the teaching of French language. KEYWORDS Mediation, game, FLE, French language, language teaching, competence

The thesis deals with insufficiencies in the management and motivation of sales representatives. Based on an analysis of the present situation, it proposes measures to improve the performance and effectiveness of their work. The theoretical part contains findings from the field of managerial functions and motivation. The practical part analyses the present situation and, based on suggestions and recommendations, proposes changes that are important to ensure fulfilling the plan of a regional branch.

The goal of my bachelor's thesis is the identification of cultural differences, which are influencing Czech and American managers. I am dealing with a question of national culture, sight on Czech Republic and United States of America. I am dealing with a question of corporational culture and with a question of intercultural management as well. For analysis of these topics I used theoretical knowledge and questionnaire inquiry. The outcome of my thesis is a suggestion of culturally symptomatic style of management for Czech and American managers in international environment.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to suggest new organization structure in the industry company, the main is to focus on individual organization components and to specify goals, which would be achieved by this restructure. The proposal of new enterprise organization structure is made on basics of analysis of present situation in company, provided information and internal sources from employees and Management Company. In scope of this diploma thesis I suggested new organization structure, which faces to improve of its efficiency – decreasing of costs and increasing of productivity.

Proposal for Creation of Optimal Company Structures

The thesis deals with the optimization of the use of corporate structures to increase the performance of the organization and the achievement of corporate objectives. The thesis analyzes the job in a company in terms of product characteristics, activities, conditions, actions and assumptions activities. The thesis includes an analysis of skills and competencies of individual employees. The design elements are formulated descriptions of new jobs and their integration into corporate structures, proposals for re-training, training and termination of employment with the company staff. The economic evaluation of the thesis are clearly summarized the calculations of costs and benefits.

Diplomová práce se zabývá navrhnutím Assessment centra pro pozici HR manažera ve vybraném výrobním podniku. V teoretických východiscích práce jsou uvedena témata, která souvisí s cílem diplomové práce. Dále je v práci provedena analýza pracovního místa, aby mohly být vytvořeny vhodné podmínky pro nastavení klíčových kompetencí HR manažera. Tyto klíčové kompetence slouží jako základ pro navrhnutí Assessment centra, které poté může být využito jako efektivní výběrová technika.

Proposal of Optimalization of Received Invoices Administration

Thesis aims to propose increasing the competitiveness of consulting firm that offers accounting, tax and management consulting through extending the range of products offered by the administration of incoming invoices of their clients. The aim of this study also suggest a system of administration of invoices received consultancy clients in order to minimize strain on the client's employees and authorized persons while enabling continuous work with these documents. The proposed solution can be applied for all types of organizations and structures.

The goal of my diploma thesis is to introduce leadership concept, to analyze the status of management in company VHZ-DIS, spol. s.r.o., based on theoretical knowledge, and to submit proposals for effective leadership to enhance productivity of the company. This analysis is a starting point for solution proposal how to improve the situation in the company and how to improve effectiveness, engagement and creativity of individual members of the organization.
